Format and Template:

All submissions must be in well written English, language proof-reading is encouraged. Authors can refer to the following guidelines to prepare their papers. 
 

Submission Instructions:

All manuscripts are recommended to be submitted in word file format to the official submission system.
Please note that if authors could not access the submission system, submissions can also be accepted through email: tocenet@163.com.
  • If you have any problems during submission, please contact: tocenet@163.com
  • If you are submitting more than one paper you must use the same login for each paper.
  • Please note that at least one author must register in full to attend and present the paper at the conference and that an author must not present more than two presentations (either oral or poster).
  • You can alter your paper at any time up to the submission deadline of 31 May 2022.
  • Papers will be reviewed and any paper that was submitted for oral presentation, but was unsuccessful in that regard, will be considered for poster presentation.

    • Peer-Review
    The papers which the authors submit should be original and unpublished. All submissions must be in English and be checked for correct grammar and spelling. The standard paper format and paper page limits which are listed in the giving “Template” should be strictly abided by in the submitted papers.

    All manuscripts submitted for consideration of acceptance are required to go through a peer-review procedure. Committee Chairs make the final decision.

    Minimum of two independent experts will be required to complete peer-review. A single-blind review is applied, where reviewers acknowledge the identities of authors. Peer review comments are confidential and will only be disclosed with the express agreement of the reviewer.

    Review Policy

    1). All articles contributed to CENet2022 must be new articles which have not been published in any journals or publications, and the copyrights of the articles should not have been demised to any institution, organization or individual.

    2). Several kinds of articles are to be declined by CENet2022: 1) Pseudo-articles which are incompetent in reasoning and devoid of any statistics, experiments or designs; 2) Plagiarized articles; 3) Articles translated by translation software; 4) Articles irrelevant to the theme and scope of this conference.

    3). CENet2022 takes a tight position to plagiarism. All articles registered will be tested for plagiarism. Any article that fails to pass the plagiarism detection will be dropped from the proceedings.
